The Edinburgh Marina is a sought-after major new residential & leisure destination in a truly unique location. The
development will provide a high-quality and aspirational urban centre that connects the International Capital City
of Edinburgh with the adjacent coastal environment, and rejuvenate the sea-faring tradition of Granton that traces
through history.
A primary highlight of this development is the Edinburgh Marina Hotel & Serviced Apartmentents to be operated
by Hyatt Regency, which together with the new Marina by Camper & Nicholsons Marinas will be the jewel in the
crown of the development.

The Edinburgh Marina development will provide the city with its own state of the art Marina with 340 berths with
over c.24,500 sqm approximate prime letting space, which will enable the city to extend its maritime connections
to Europe and beyond. When complete this phase of the development will initially provide over 400 luxurious
new homes including 119 luxury retirement living apartments, 106 apartments with direct access to the Edinburgh
Marina Hotel, a healthcare hub and local shopping, restaurants and bars.
The development has been recognised as one of the most important current development
projects in Scotland. Edinburgh is after London, the most popular destination for visitors to the UK from across the
world, and is internationally acclaimed for its cultural heritage and this is exemplified today by the Edinburgh Festival
and the Tattoo.
